Psalm 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
God makes a promise here that if we walk uprightly before him, He will not withhold any good thing from us. The word uprightly in this text means what is complete or entirely in accord with truth and fact. It also means sound, wholesome, unimpaired, innocent, having integrity. If we will walk in this standard of good morality and trust God everyday, you will live a blessed life with many benefits that God will place on your life!
He will be your sun (light) and your shield (your protection) and God will give you grace and glory. Good morality, such a small price to pay to receive such gracious blessings. God Bless you!
