So I checked our credit scores last night and they changed a little since
last month. I guess because we had to use our cards more due to
unexpected expenses this past month but that's all getting paid back
tomorrow so hopefully that will help it go back up a little more but we
are both listed as fair at the moment. Attached is a copy for you to

This client did not feel comfortable having me pull a credit report as he
had just received a report a couple days earlier, so I asked them to
send me a copy of what they had. Unfortunately there are a number of
collection accounts and only one good credit item between two people and
no credit scores, which I need.
It becomes a challenge when reviewing credit that an individual obtained
on their own because all credit reports are not created equal. Many
companies that obtain information don’t get all the necessary
information that I will need. Collection accounts can be left out,
judgements can be left out, as well as public record items. Without all
the information I can’t give someone a true picture of what they will
need to do to allow them to be mortgage-able.
