Thank you once again for doing our refinance and once again, you have made our lives so much better. When we left your office we couldn’t help but remember the first time we came to you 16 years ago. Alan had referred us because the home our daughter was living in was in foreclosure. You worked magic for us at that time.
When you ran our credit you advised us to refinance and consolidate all of our obligations and saved us over $2000 a month. We couldn’t thank you enough. Then you advised us not to bailout the home that was in foreclosure as she was not on the title or the debt, it was in her boyfriend’s name. The debt was in the boyfriend’s name and our daughter had no liability and at the time the debt was much more than the value.
You then handled a mortgage for our daughter and the payment was something that she could afford on her own. What a blessing and what wonderful advice. We can’t thank you enough for all the help over these many years.
I don’t actually remember how many of our friends and co-workers we have referred over the years, but they continue to thank us.
It does my heart good when clients that I have worked with for many years come back and have sent co-workers, friends and family members.
