Toddler Found in Manchester Street, Mom Charged
The child was treated for exposure, authorities said.

MANCHESTER, CT — A mom was charged with risk of injury to a minor after a 2-year-old boy was found wandering around a Manchester Street on Tuesday morning, police records indicate.
Passersby saw the child and notified authorities at about 3:30 a.m., police told NBC Connecticut.
The child was taken to Connecticut Children's Medical Center for treatment for exposure.
