A top prize winning CT Lottery ticket was scored at a Manchester store.
MANCHESTER, CT — A Manchester store sold a winning ticket worth the top prize in a popular CT Lottery game.
On Monday, Madelyn Cruz, of Manchester, cashed in the $20,000 winner in the $20,000 50th Anniversary scratch game.
She bought the ticket at the Z Mart at 460 Oakland St.
