“Tough to Beat Experience”
I can assure you, I thought you were crazy when you told me that getting a refinance done for us was possible. It has been a couple of weeks and I am still pissed off that my wife and I did mortgage applications with four different lenders. I never shared who they were, but just so you know Bank of America, Quicken, Webster and Peoples. We spent over $2,000 in fees and have gotten nothing. How is it that you can figure it out and they don’t have a clue?
By the way I have another referral for you, these are friends that can use your help as well. I continue to thank Amy for referring us and she always says to say hello.

I don’t attempt to answer Billy’s question. But I do say that most loan officers collect their paycheck every week even when they are not successful. If I don’t close the loan, I don’t get Paid. I would say there’s a lot more motivation to get the job done!
