We have scheduled the utilities turned on for the inspection, and to have the de-winterization for June 13-14, 2017. We will need to get the appraisal done for June 15th to 17th, 2017.
There
are a few things that need to happen before an FHA appraisal is
ordered. This transaction is going to be an FHA 203K loan which has a
number of moving parts.
When
doing an FHA mortgage an FHA case number needs to be obtained. The case
number actually follows the property and not the borrowers. Once the
case number is obtained the appraisal can be ordered.
The
Realtor is attempting to coordinate a home inspection and the appraisal
as the property needs to be de-winterized. There are lots of moving
parts to make the dates work for everyone.
