Viola Lahey, 89, Mother and Longtime Manchester Resident

Viola (Hatfield) Lahey, 89, of Manchester, beloved wife of the late William P. Lahey and mother of the late Nancy Smoliak, passed away Monday, Dec. 15, 2014.

Viola was born July 11, 1925 in Newark, NJ, daughter of the late Ray V. and Margaret (Kegan) Hatfield. She resided in Manchester most of her life and worked a few years at an interior design firm.

Viola is survived by a son, Robert Lahey; a daughter, Kimberly Perozziello of Hartford and several nieces and nephews.
