Wandering Manchester Man Tracked to Stolen Car: Police
The man and a juvenile were walking away from a stolen car out of Manchester, state police said.

TOLLAND, CT – A pair suspected of stealing a car out of Manchester was caught wandering on Interstate-84 about a mile away from the vehicle, state police said.
Ryan Forbes, 20, of Hawthorne St., Manchester, and a 17-year-old were charged with third-degree larceny of a motor vehicle on Friday, state police said.
They were found walking in the grass Friday along a stretch of Interstate-84 westbound between exits 68 and 69 in Tolland at 4:38 in the morning, according to an arrest report.

A police dog had tracked them from the stolen car, which was disabled, state police said. Forbes was held on a $25,000 bond and the boy was sent home with his mother with a summons for juvenile court, state police said.
