Wanted Poster Issued in Manchester Shooting Investigation

MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester police have issued a wanted poster for a man identified as a suspect in a "shots fired" incident on Nov. 24 on Delmont Street.

Jahmar Harris, 25, is being described as a 25-year-old male, about 5-foot-6, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Harris and he is considered to be armed and dangerous.

The incident near 14 Delmont St. included a shot fired, police said. Police located a single casing at the scene, according to a report.
