MANCHESTER, CT — The application for a furniture warehouse and retail segment at the former Sam's Club property in Manchester is off the table.

Sean Kumnick, a principal at Colliers International, said Tuesday on behalf of the parcel's ownership that the contract was terminated about two weeks ago.

The furniture warehouse and store combination had been proposed 129,145 square feet of the existing building. Planning officials said it was a furniture company but the company was not named in the application.
