“We are looking to start the Home Buying Process”

My name is Noah XXXXX and my fiancé and I are looking to start the home
buying process. We are getting married in two months so we want to make
sure all our finances are in order and see what we can afford. Your name
came highly recommended from a coworker and we would like to either set
up a meeting or some sort of communication between us and yourself as

After a 15 minute conversation, reviewing credit, they have a direction.
They are beginning their home search.
These folks felt strongly that rates would rise and it is anyone’s guess as
to how high and that real estate values would be going up. They told me
that they had been searching for homes online and there didn’t seem to
be a lot of options. That is pretty smart thinking for folks that are
not in the real estate business.
I continue to hear from my Realtor referral partners that inventory is
tight. Certainly this is not surprising during the winter months, but it
is setting a tone for what will be happening in the months to come.
