“We Do Business in 8 States”

Good Morning, Joe ~
I'm doing OK - thank you for asking and thank you for assisting my brother with his mortgage.
Emotionally, I'm in a very good and stable place. I honestly have no idea why I didn't choose to get divorced sooner.
BUT on a financial level, the last couple years have been a struggle - which is why I am finally at a place of selling my house. I know it's the right thing to do financially but I am truly heartbroken in having to do so.
I'm in the process of downsizing and looking for my next new home. I am looking here in Connecticut as well as in the Rochester, NY area (to be closer to my sister & her family). Does lending vary from state to state? In that I mean, could I still go through you for a mortgage in NY? I'm unsure of how the rules work, but I will look forward to our working together.
Enlighten me, please :) ~ Tam

I am licensed in CT, MA, RI, ME, NH, VT, NY and FL. It is great when I can assist clients in different states. It is especially great when folks look to purchase a second home. Florida happens to be our biggest second home state.
