“We do Mortgages on Co-ops”
Good morning Sabrina,
Per our conversation this morning I would like to introduce you to Joe
Petrowsky of Right Trac Financial. Joe has many years of mortgage
experience and is my go to guy for clients who have slightly more
complex mortgage situations. As I shared with you our bank does not do
mortgages on co-op, but I feel if there was ever anyone who could help
you or guide you in the right direction it would be Joe.
Always
glad to help out my banker referral partners. Many do not do mortgages
on co-ops and that is something we can do on a regular basis. We are
fortunate to have three different lenders that do them.
