Weather Prompts Alteration to Manchester School Schedule
The superintendent of schools has made a decision which affects Manchester students Monday.
MANCHESTER, CT - All Manchester public schools, including Howell Cheney Technical High School, will follow a 90-minute delayed opening schedule on Monday, April 4.
