Weekend Water Shutoff Planned For Area Of Manchester

MANCHESTER, CT — A weekend water shutoff is slated for a section of Manchester, municipal officials said Friday.

The water be be shut off from 3 p.m. to 3 a.m on Saturday, October 5th 2024 into Sunday, October 6th, 2024 for the area of 375 to 457 New State Road.

Residents should make sure to draw enough water for the even ing and overnight needs, officials said.

"For drinking and cooking purposes fill clean containers and fill the bathtub with water for toilet flushing. If your supply runs low you can obtain water at our bottling station at 125 Spring St. You must bring your own containers," officials said.
