What is going on with traffic the past 3 years?

So, WHAT is going on with Law Enforcement traffic division? The past three years, people ( in general ) blatantly drive, park and ACT like it's a 'free for all' and I for one? Am sick of it! This past few years, I've noticed (and I'm sticking with just Manchester-for now) that I can drive around town at ANY time of day and see cars parked facing the wrong way (on BOTH sides of the street) as well as up on sidewalks-even on main drags; people blatantly running STOP signs, red lights (at HIGH SPEED) and just general insanity! I have witnessed this happening at times-even in the vicinity of Police in Police vehicles, and I'm thinking,'SURELY that cop SAW that' but 'nada'... no reaction. I'll stick to an area where I reside for a moment. I constantly see people pull up (their guests and friends too) on the WRONG side of the street. To DO this, I have witnessed vehicles driving literally on the WRONG side of the road driving one, even two HUNDRED feet (since by golly they're gonna pull up on the wrong side of the road anyway!) The same thing with people trying to get into the TOO SHORT (room for one or two cars) left turn lanes ( blame the traffic engineers!), drive completly in the wrong lane-even while traffic is coming! Just to 'make that left turn arrow'.. Doesn't matter that we ( who obey traffic laws ) have to pull up onto the sidewalk to avoid a 'head-on' collision ( since the culprits show NO sign of acknowledgement that THEY'RE IN OUR LANE! I complained a couple summers ago about some 'nice people' racing at high speed on my street coming or going. No, I don't mean 'driving way too fast'.. I mean TWO CARS racing as fast as they can go! Nearly EVERY DAY!I even showed the cop videos taken off my security cams showing two vehicles racing 'side by side' on a short residential road. His reaction? 'Wow! Thats FAST! This cop told me me there were only 'two of us' in traffic... and that unless he 'witnessed it.. he can't really DO much'.. This is no longer like the days when a person could call, make a complaint..and it was more often than not-acted upon. Nope. Even with VIDEO and half a dozen witnesses.. the cops no longer seem interested and I'm pointing out that when such 'LAWS' like 'Motor Vehicle Laws' decay (as they obviously are) everything ELSE does too! Anyone notice how THIS year, Manchester is a 'HOTSPOT' for crime?? We're ALWAYS in the news-nearly every day. For ALL KINDS of crime! And I want to point out that every 'liberal state' (and Connecticut is one of the top '3') has nothing but crime issues.
