As I have mentioned, Manchester offers a variety of home styles at affordable prices. The average listing price for these homes is $153,466 with average square feet of 1,339.
The total number of units for sale is 185 with average listing price of $ 218,421 and average square feet of 1780. Out of the 53 units under contract, 33 are listed between the price range of $100,000-$200,000.
The month of January performed better compared to February in terms of units sold. However, the average listing price for the month of January is much lower than in February.
