“Why a Corporate Culture Doesn’t Work for Me”

I want to pay everyone on loans they close rather than just give a paycheck. So often decisions are made by those who collect a paycheck and there is very little investment in the result.

Brandy contacted me a couple of months ago, after working with a local bank for 9 weeks, her loan was denied. She was told that her income wasn’t sufficient to get the mortgage. How is it possible that someone would not know that information, sooner than 9 weeks, before a home inspection and an appraisal is done?

The Realtor that handled the listing recommended  to the selling agent that Brandy contact me. I have no clue why the loan was denied, it had nothing to do with the income. I let her know that I could get her loan done, but she would need to get an extension of the purchase agreement, which was gotten.

We were fortunate to not need a new appraisal, as it was an FHA appraisal and so we got it transferred into our name. Her loan closed, without all the corporate BS and I don’t mind getting paid for mortgages that do close, instead of someone getting paid with no results.
