Woman Accused of Training Shoplifters at Buckland Mall

MANCHESTER, CT — A Hartford woman has been charged with training two teens to be shoplifters at the Buckland Hills mall, police told the Hartford Courant.

She was was arrested Sunday and charged with two counts of risk of injury/impairing the morals of children, along with conspiracy and other charges, according to police records.

Macy's security staffers had been watching the woman as soon as she entered the store Sunday because she was a suspect in a previous theft, according to the story.
