“Yes, a Second Mortgage is available”
Hey Joe, How are you and the family? I was wondering if you still have people who do second mortgages I have had a huge amount of expenses and need to get a 2nd to pay off all or as much of my debt as possible. I make enough money but between what I had before Joe died and what I needed to do after I have acquired a lot of debt. Please email me with info.

By the time I figured out the payment for the second mortgage, her overall mortgage payment would be substantially better with a new first mortgage. This is truly the bottom line for this borrower.
Once I went over the cost for these two mortgages and the monthly payment, it didn’t take long for her to make the right decision.
