Thank
you for meeting with us today Joe... We are looking forward to a
successful mortgage outcome that will cure our back taxes and save our
home, you gave us hope...Our attorney was so right!
Anyone in the mortgage business can do simple mortgage loans but not everyone
is willing to take on the tough situations. Call me a sucker, but I’m
always for the underdog or someone who may have given up or is saying
that their situation is hopeless.
I always believe in the possibility that there has to be a way to
overcome the odds of a mortgage that “can’t” be done especially when
folks truly deserve a mortgage.
