I started working with this client a year before she purchased, as she
had a wonderful job but very little credit which we fixed immediately.
Unfortunately once she was ready to buy, everything she liked was priced
beyond her financial comfort level so she decided to look at
multifamily homes that needed renovations.
Once the right property was identified, the bids for the renovations were
all over the place and to finally agree on the right contractor and
numbers that made sense took weeks, but she was persistent and finally
prevailed.
I am looking forward to working with her and her family in the future.
