This was definitely a first for me. I called on you in hopes that you would
buy advertising time on our radio station, but that wasn’t going to
happen. You nicely told me you don’t do any advertising, that all of
your business comes to you as referrals. You very nicely stated that if I
ever needed a mortgage, you would be happy to assist me. I wasn’t sure
if your question came from an intuitive place, but I sure did need some
help.
You knew that I was a bit uncomfortable speaking about my needs with
someone that I had just met and had been working with B of A for 3
months and felt like I was getting nowhere and am now out of contract
for a home that we wanted to buy.
In 30 minutes you told me more than I got in 3 months, which is nuts. That
evening I shared my experience with my husband, he was blown away.

I often wonder how many folks are out there working with a BIG BOX bank
and are feeling frustrated? It is a little crazy to hear someone say
they have been at the mortgage application process for three months and
feel like they are not getting anywhere.
