“Zillow Mortgage, Really?”

I can’t believe how stupid we were. You had done a pre-qualification letter for us a few months ago, unfortunately we lost our way.

We ended up putting a deposit on a home we found on Zillow and clicked on “mortgages”, what a foolish mistake. They have no clue what they are doing. We wasted two weeks.

Can we still work with you as we withdrew the application we started with them?

Have you ever heard the saying “Jack of all trades and master of none”? I have never understood what Zillow was thinking going into the mortgage business. I guess it is the same as how they are in the real estate business.

I further don’t understand why Realtors and loan officers give Zillow money and they compete with Realtors and Loan Officers. If there is any wisdom here, I just don’t see the common sense of it.

Zillow has solicited my business for years, wanting my money and telling me I will do a lot more business. I give them the same answer, “Don’t call me or waste my time”.
