61-Year-Old Charged With Flashing in Traffic in Mansfield
The man was exposing himself in a busy intersection, state police said.

MANSFIELD, CT — A 61-year-old man has been charged with public indecency after he was found wandering in the middle of a busy intersection on Thursday exposing himself, according to an arrest report.
Edward Dunnack, of Stafford Road in Mansfield, was also charged with interfering and disorderly conduct, according to an arrest report.
Police were alerted to an intoxicated man in the road at the intersection of routes 31 and 32 and went to investigate, according to an arrest report. It was later determined that he was flashing people in traffic, according to an arrest report.

He posted a $10,000 bond and is due in court on Sept. 27, state police said.
