Events are taking place throughout the state during the month of November to help residents sign up for coverage.
Change is here. Health Care Reform is making it easier for Connecticut residents like you to get health care coverage. Get your questions answered and sign up for coverage at our Enrollment Fairs and Enrollment Centers. Space is limited, so please register now!

Ready to get health care coverage? Visit our New Haven Enrollment Center at 55 Church St. in New Haven for free, friendly, professional help during these hours. You can even request an appointment.
