UConn Women, Michigan to Begin Series In 2026-27 Season

STORRS, CT — The University of Connecticut women's basketball team will begin a two-game series with the University of Michigan next season, the programs announced Wednesday.

UConn will travel to Ann Arbor for a game on Nov. 5. Michigan will play in Connecticut during the 2027-28 season at a location to be announced.

UConn is 1-0 all-time vs. Michigan. The teams faced off for the first time last season in the Basketball Hall of Fame Women’s Showcase on Nov. 25. The top-ranked Huskies narrowly beat the No. 6-ranked Wolverines, 72-69.

Tip times and TV information will be announced at a later date.

So far, here are the 2026-27 announced non-conference dates for the Huskies:

• Nov. 5 – at Michigan (Ann Arbor, MI, Crisler Center)
• Nov. 25 – vs. South Carolina (Uncasville, CT, Mohegan Sun Arena)
• Nov. 28 – vs. Duke (Boston, MA, TD Garden)
• Dec. 5 – vs. Maryland (Brooklyn, NY, Barclays Center
