Here is the announcement:

"Born and raised in Mansfield, Lucas has spent more than 20 years building a career centered around one thing: hospitality. After gaining experience with Back Bay Restaurant Group and The Stockyard in Boston, he returned home to Connecticut in 2014.

"Many of you know Lucas from Camille’s Wood Fired Pizza, where guests affectionately called him “Uncle Lucas,” and where his passion for making every guest feel like family earned him the title “King of Hospitality.” Others know him as the owner of Dad’s Doughs, where he built a business rooted in community, quality, and supporting local farms and businesses.

"Now, that journey comes full circle.

"As someone who grew up enjoying Mountain Dairy products, Lucas is honored to join the team and help continue the traditions that have made Mountain Dairy a Connecticut favorite for generations. His goal is simple: provide exceptional hospitality, support our local community, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

"When you visit the Creamery this season, be sure to say hello and help us give Lucas a warm Mountain Dairy welcome."
