MANSFIELD, CT — From a three-bedroom home on nearly an acre along Mount Hope Road to a snug two-bedroom condo within walking distance of the UConn campus on White Oak Road, Mansfield's real estate market has been moving at a college-town pace this fall.
There were five homes sold in Mansfield between Sept. 1 and Sept. 16, 2026, with a top price of $422,500, according to Zillow.com.
36 Mount Hope Road sold Sept. 16 for $422,500. The three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1957 and sits on 0.92 acres, working out to $264.72 per square foot for its 1,596 square feet.
35 Clear View Drive sold Sept. 15 for $297,000. The two-bedroom, one-bath single-family home sits on 0.3 acres and measures 1,232 square feet.
829 Stafford Road sold Sept. 4 for $380,000. The three-bedroom, two-bath home spans 1,980 square feet on 1.67 acres.
29 Anton Road #D sold Sept. 3 for $227,500. The two-bedroom, two-bath unit is part of the Rockridge Condominiums complex near the UConn campus and measures 928 square feet.
14 White Oak Road #A, in the Storrs section of town, sold Sept. 1 for $119,000. The two-bedroom, one-bath unit is part of the White Oak Condominiums complex, built in 1964, and measures 810 square feet.
What this says about the Mansfield market: Prices in this batch ranged widely, from $119,000 for a Storrs condo to $422,500 for a single-family home on Mount Hope Road, reflecting Mansfield's split housing stock between UConn-area condos and larger single-family homes on multi-acre lots elsewhere in town. Two of the five sales were condo units, both near campus (Rockridge and White Oak), while the three single-family homes ranged from a 0.3-acre in-town lot to a 1.67-acre parcel on Stafford Road. The top per-square-foot rate, $264.72 at Mount Hope Road, was about 1.8 times the batch's lowest rate, $146.91 at the White Oak Road condo.
