Blanchard Inc., and the listing says it will be ready for occupancy in November. Zillow lists 2,336 square feet; the listing says the finished lower level adds about 600 square feet, with laundry, a half bath and an oversized two-car garage. It's close to UConn and Eastern Connecticut State University, according to the listing.
