Auriemma: 'I've been feeling under the Weather And Run Down'
UConn Coach Geno Auriemma issued a statement on his health Thursday.

STORRS, CT — In Geno's Auriemma's own words, it's been a bad past 30 or so days, health wise.
The University of Connecticut women’s basketball head coach and Naismith Hall of Fame member was to miss the Huskies’ game at Xavier Thursday night and will rejoin the team "at a later date," UConn officials said.
"It's been an extremely difficult month for me, and I've been feeling under the weather and run down," Auriemma said. "I thought I was ready to return, but I need a little more time. I'm going to take a step back to focus on my health and will return when I feel ready."
