Auriemma to Say Good Morning to America Monday as UConn Goes for 100 in a Row

STORRS, CT — University of Connecticut women's basketball coach Geno Auriemma is scheduled to appear on Good Morning America on Monday.

The appearance is slated for 8:30 a.m. on ABC, UConn officials said.

The Huskies, ranked first in the nation with a 24-0 record, are scheduled to try for their 100th win in a row on Monday night against sixth-rank South Carolina (21-2) at Gampel Pavilion.

Tipoff is slated for 9:15 p.m. to accommodate a national telecast on ESPN2 with Dave O’Brien (play-by-play), Doris Burke (analyst) and Holly Rowe (sideline) on the call.

UConn is 4-0 all-time against South Carolina, including an 87-62 win on Feb. 9, 2015 at Gampel and a 66-54 road win a year ago last week.
