MANSFIELD, CT — Back-to-school planning has already begun with calendars available to help parents prepare for the first day in Mansfield.
The first day of school for most students in Mansfield is Sept. 2.

Mansfield Public Schools
First Day: Sept. 2
Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 25-26
Winter Break: Dec. 24-31
Spring Break: April 18-22
Last Day: June 21
The official calendar is available through Mansfield Public Schools' website.
The CDC has recommended that all students and staff in K-12 schools wear masks this fall due to the highly infectious Delta variant of the coronavirus. Gov. Ned Lamont has not made a ruling on mask wearing for the state's students, but is reportedly likely to follow the federal agency's guidance.
