Black Friday Knife Incident At East Brook Mall Leads To Arrest
State police said they encountered a woman with a knife at the East Brook Mall on a busy shopping day.
MANSFIELD, CT — A knife-wielding woman was arrested at the East Brook Mall on Black Friday, state police said.
The incident took place at 3:38 p.m,. Friday. State police said they received a 911 call abut a woman with a knife at the rear of the mall, according to an arrest report.
Trooper took 40-year-old Windham resident Roslind Vega-Kish into custody and charged her with second-degree larceny, first-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening, according to an arrest report.

She posted a $10,000 bond and is sue in Rockville Superior Court on Dec 10, records show.
