Bus Hits Medical Vehicle In Storrs Center
A bus could not navigate Royce Circle in Storrs and hit a medical vehicle, state police said.
STORRS, CT — A bus hit a municipal vehicle in Mansfield at a tricky part of Storrs Center.
State police released details of the Oct. 18 incident this week.
At 7:01 p.m. that day, a town of Mansfield Doge Ram 5500 medical vehicle was parked in the northbound lane of Royce Circle at UConn Health, according to a crash report.

A state transit bus tried to go around the medical vehicle and sideswiped it on the passenger side, according to a crash report. Minor damage and no injuries were reported.
