Inspired by a German children’s book, Isidor’s Cheek, performed by Jana Zeller of Sandglass Theater, is an adventure told through song and miniature puppets on a revolving table. One day, something drives Isidor from his little gray existence. His cheek runs away, and Isidor must search around the world to find it again! His journey takes him through a world of color and beauty as he contends with loneliness and sometimes, danger. This show is recommended for ages 4 and up. Isidor’s Cheek is an original Sandglass Theater production conceived by Ines Zeller Bass, designed and performed by Jana Zeller, directed by Eric Bass, with music composed and recorded by Peter Tavalin.
