- Malek Elshakhs of Mansfield earned NEWMAC Academic All-Conference laurels for the spring 2019 season. Paced by 14 three-time honorees, 55 WPI spring student-athletes have garnered NEWMAC Academic All-Conference status. Elshakhs was one of 13 members of the men's track and field team to be honored.
