MANSFIELD, CT — A car hit a house in Mansfield last week, state police said.

The crash took place at 6:31 p.m. on June 29, according to a state police accident report.

State police said a 2018 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 driven by a 23-year-old Milford woman was heading north on Stafford Road when it hit a rock off the side of the street and then the house at 1013 Stafford Road, according to a crash report.

The car then rolled over, state police said.

The driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to Windham hospital, according to a crash report. The house sustained damage both to the outside and inside in a living room, according to a crash report.

The driver was cited for a lane violation.
