Celebrate Mansfield Festival Coming Up

MANSFIELD, CT – The Mansfield Downtown Partnership invites residents, students, and community organizations to volunteer at the 16th Annual Celebrate Mansfield Festival on Saturday, Sept. 21.

The Celebrate Mansfield Festival, the largest community event in town, highlights the people, businesses, and organizations that make Mansfield a special place to live, work, study, and visit! The Festival takes place from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on and around Betsy Paterson Square in Downtown Storrs.

The Mansfield Downtown Partnership relies on the support of volunteers to make the Festival a success. Volunteers can sign up as individuals or with a group, for an hour or two or for the whole day. The Partnership has a special need for the following times and tasks: Set-up (10:30 AM - 2:00 PM); Low waste (1:00 - 8:00 PM); Booth break down (5:30 PM - 7:00 PM); and Clean-up (7:30 PM - 9:00 PM).
