MANSFIELD, CT — A driver had to be cut out of a vehicle after a crash near 100 Warren Circle on Thursday morning.
Tolland County 911 reported the crash at about 6 a.m.

The vehicle was on its side against a guardrail and the driver was trapped. Firefighters performed an extrication, according to Tolland County 911.
