STORRS, CT — The winter sports season is now behind us, spring has officially arrived and practices and scrimmages are now underway for all seven CIAC-sanctioned spring sports in Connecticut. With the coming of the new season comes the hope for success, with the ultimate goal being winning a state championship.
Teams from E.O. Smith High School have experienced very limited success during the spring campaign, with just one state title dating back to 1998. Here are the state championships won by Panther teams in the past, as well as a link to this spring's schedule of varsity contests.
