Rumors of Randy Edsall coming back to Husky Nation have been circulating for weeks.

STORRS, CT — The University of Connecticut is bringing back former football coach Randy Edsall, school officials said on Wednesday.
UConn said he was coming back in a Tweet via the football program's account at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Edsall coached UConn from 1999 until a period hours after the 2011 Fiesta Bowl.
