Nancy Balleck Mackinnon of Balleck's Garden Center in East Haddam, will give a lecture and PowerPoint presentation on establishing an English Cottage Garden suitable to the New England climate at 7 p.m., Tuesday, July 19. The program will be held at the Mansfield Public Library in the Buchanan Auditorium. This program is free and open to the public.
