Come join us for a series of Body Alignment classes that will help
improve your overall body posture and relieve musculoskeletal pain - without
the use of drugs, surgery or hands-on manipulation. Over 80% of the US population
suffers from back and neck pain yet less than 10% of the non-industrialized
world have similar pain.

Our classes can help you to:


  • Learn some of the imbalances and misalignments that may be causing you
    pain, discomfort and restriction and how you might relieve these limitations.
  • Learn
    simple, accessible and functional postures and movements to help you restore
    muscle balance, alignment, and awareness.

  • Improve your strength and overall flexibility.

  • Increase your overall physical balance to help you maintain health and
    enjoy enhanced living now and for many years to come. 

     

It’s a myth that getting older necessarily leads to a path of
deterioration of the body. We’ll help dispel this myth and let you see
firsthand yourself. 

 

Please wear loose and comfortable clothing. Non-skid mats,
blocks and straps are available for use.
