Come join us for a series of Body Alignment classes that will help
improve your overall body posture and relieve musculoskeletal pain - without
the use of drugs, surgery or hands-on manipulation. Over 80% of the US population
suffers from back and neck pain yet less than 10% of the non-industrialized
world have similar pain.
Our classes can help you to:
Learn some of the imbalances and misalignments that may be causing you
pain, discomfort and restriction and how you might relieve these limitations.- Learn
simple, accessible and functional postures and movements to help you restore
muscle balance, alignment, and awareness.
Improve your strength and overall flexibility.

enjoy enhanced living now and for many years to come.
It’s a myth that getting older necessarily leads to a path of
deterioration of the body. We’ll help dispel this myth and let you see
firsthand yourself.
Please wear loose and comfortable clothing. Non-skid mats,
blocks and straps are available for use.
