The University of Connecticut Department of Dining Services is excited to offer a three day culinary camp for children ages 10-13 years old. The camp will be offered for three days beginning Wednesday, July 27 through Friday, July 29, from 9:00am - 3:00pm at Gelfenbien Commons Dining Unit on the UConn campus.
The camp will also include a visit to the UConn Bakery, the student run Spring Manor Farm and includes a tour of the Dining Service's Apiary. Campers will have the opportunity to paint a new bee hive for the bees that will be introduced to this new hive later in the season.
