Expect Lane Closures on Rt. 6 in Mansfield & Beyond Through Nov. 28

Bridge maintenance work will result in lane closures from now to the day after Thanksgiving, says the state Transportaton Department.

From now through Nov. 28 (the day after Thanksgiving), lane closures will be taking place at various spots along Route 6 in Mansfield, Coventry, Columbia and Windham, according to this news release from the Connecticut Department of Transportation:

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that bridge maintenance will be performed on Route 6 in Coventry, Columbia, Windham, and Mansfield through Nov. 28, 2014.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Motorists can expect lane closures on various lanes on Route 6. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Monday through Friday.
