Gamer Bandit Being Sought in Eastern Connecticut
A gamer bandit has stolen consoles in Mansfield and other towns.

MANSFIELD, CT — The theft of a gaming console from the Storrs Road Kohl's marked the third by a bandit with an affinity for them in eastern Connecticut, state police said.
The incident in Mansfield took place on Jan. 19 at 3:30 p.m., according to a state police report. Store security staffers said they had been reviewing surveillance footage and saw a light-skinned man wearing jeans, a dark-colored hoodie and a dark brown jacket force open a display case and remove a Play Station 4 game console.
He then took it out the door under a jacket, according to the video and a state police report.

The same man was seen taking six more in Lisbon and Killingly, according to a state police report.
He still at-large, state police said. Anyone who may have information on the cases can call the state police at Troop C, 860-896-3200.
