Peter Leeds posted this information.  Peter spends a lot of time in Putnam, as well as his home city of Willimantic.  The Cargill Falls in Putnam are a sight that would be the envy of the Willimantic River if rivers could be envious.  Peter can be reached at peter@sentryrealestate.net.
