If you missed "Main Street, Willimantic: 1963" last September, when we had it mounted in Susan Johnson's backyard, you can see it now! Museum staff and volunteers drew the Willimantic "street-scape" as it looked in 1963, before urban renewal. We remounted the drawings in the Bev York Room for this month. (In May, we'll be taking it down, to put up a quilt show.) Drop by the Museum, see the street-scape, and jot down your own memories on post-it notes. It won't be up long.
